Can I buy on the website, even if i'm not Italian?
The Italian Language website is reserved to customers who do live in Italy and it is not enabled to let you choose a foreign country for the shipment. So, remember to choose ENGLISH as language in the drop-down menu left above in the main website www.storebriandales.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery times depends on geographical locations. Usually all items shipped in Italy will reach the client within one or two business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. For what the shipping in Europe concerns, the items will reach the destination within 10/15 days (except public holidays).  

Shipping Costs are calculable directly on the payment page.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
You may track the delivery of your order using the Tracking Number provided by storebriandales.com. You will find the Tracking Number related to your order in the delivery confirmation e-mail. 

Registered STOREBRIANDALES.COM users can also check the status of their delivery in My Account section.

The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for two consecutive working days leaving a notification each time.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.

Return shipment is charged to the customer.
